We pride ourselves on the product we choose

Our cattle are young steers and heifers not aged over 30 months. This helps us maintain the highest moisture content and a less dense product. We only work with local American farms and packing houses. This helps insure that we are contributing back to the hard working Americans that supply the product and keeps the money here at home. We are committed to local charities and are huge supporters of adoption. All our dogs are adopted or fostered and we wouldn't have it any other way. We are a company that can be found visiting the retailers and getting to know our customers. Every weekend we are supporting our local retailers in one form or another and that is critical to our mission statement as a company. Our product is as FRESH as FRESH can be. We vacuum seal all our products to maintain moisture, freshness and shelf life.
